Acute Myeloid Leukemia is a rare and deadly cancer. After my diagnosis in 2021, my family and I suffered emotional heartbreak. But early on, I decided to keep a positive attitude. There were setbacks, but I experienced many triumphs. An excellent team of medical professionals, as well as my family and friends, helped me carry the ball to the goal line. This is the story of my successful fight against AML.

My hope is to encourage anyone faced with the terrifying diagnosis of cancer.
